OUR WINDOWS / DOORS PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
Our Project Implementation Process ensures seamless execution, from concept to completion, with attention to detail, quality, and client satisfaction at every step.
Booking an appointment for a quote is free. We would visit your property, discuss your ideas and all options available, and take initial measurements. We would then send your quote by text or e-mail. You may contact us any time to discuss the quote, any changes or adjustments that need to be made. If you have a better quote, send us a copy of that quote for review, we will do our best to beat it or match it so long as we are selling the exact same product and services.
Once agreed on the contract, we will meet to sign contracts and all necessary paperwork to begin the process. An initial 50% deposit is needed to begin manufacturing. If a permit is pulled, NOC documents will be present at the day of contract signing so we can begin the permit package process. City inspection fees are not included on the contract, those fees are invoiced by the City Building department AFTER final inspection is completed.
Once contract signing is done, we proceed with final precise measurements for manufacturing. If a permit has been agreed on for this project, our architect / permit runner team will begin shop drawings necessary for city inspections. Depending on the size of the project, manufacturing can take 3-8 weeks.
Once manufacturing is complete, we will coordinate with you to schedule installation. The second payment of your contract is due at the day of delivery. Once payment is received, installation begins. Installation team will install every opening that has been removed the same day and seal on the exterior.
If a permit was pulled for this project, once installation is complete, we proceed to schedule inspection with your city's building department. The exterior of each opening is sealed, but the interior is un-sealed to allow inspectors to see the bolts/wood bucks/framing of the window or door opening. Once the first inspection is complete, our installation team would return to finish sealing and applying bolt covers on all necessary openings. Then the final inspection would be scheduled so that the inspector can see everything sealed. Once final inspection passes, the final 10% of your contract is due along with the city building department fees which is invoiced after final inspection by the building department.
