Setup appointment at the property to take preliminary measurements of all the window and doors that the customer is looking to replace.

If customer agrees to move forward with the quote, a meeting will be setup at the property to sign the contract, take precise measurements of each window and door opening for manufacturing. Finalize details such as color, design. A 50% deposit will be collected in order to place the order of the windows and doors.

Once the deposit is received, manufacturing will begin. During the process of manufacturing, shop drawings and floor plans will be processed with the permit runner.

Manufacturing is complete and the doors and windows are ready to be installed. The second payment of 40% of the contract is due at the day of delivery. If a permit is pulled, the final payment of 10% of the contract plus city inspection fees are due at the completion of all city inspections. City inspections fees are billed by the building department of your district.
